Purpose: To produce a story-driven organizational video featuring firsthand interviews with department workers, created for internal use and presented during a major organizational milestone. The goal was to humanize the work, honor the people behind the mission, and clearly communicate the department’s impact to senior leadership and decision-makers.

Result: The final film delivered an emotionally powerful and authentic portrayal of the department’s workforce and mission. The presentation deeply moved the audience—bringing many to tears—and played a key role in securing increased funding and support from higher-level officials.

Caribbean Equality Project - 2025 Hero Video
Client: The Caribbean Equality Project

Purpose: To produce a story-driven Hero Video featuring four members of the organization, three of whom were asylum seekers. Through personal interviews, the film highlighted their journeys while demonstrating how Caribbean Equality Project carries out its mission through direct, life-changing support.

Result: The video premiered at the organization’s first-ever gala, where it moved the audience to tears and played a key role in inspiring donations and securing critical funding during the event.
